hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i can confirm only the low white plastic wheel is associated with another white cog to the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the contrary side, however i can't see any cog there. i assume it must have fallen out when my choper hit the bottom. maybe someone else can check and reveal if cog is required on both factors.
