hi bmwkings, ive reviewed it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is linked to another white cog on the tail section. there appears to be a provision for another cog on the contrary side, however i cannot see any cog there. i assume it must have fallen out when my choper strike the bottom. maybe someone else can check and reveal if cog is necessary on both sides.
