hi bmwkings, ive analyzed it again and i can confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is linked to another white cog towards tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i cannot see any cog there. i guess it must have dropped out when my choper struck the ground. maybe another person can check and reveal if cog is required on both attributes.
