Hi Oliver, thanks for the comment, yes sounds like its too tight in the holes in the rotor hub. The balance bar on the top must be completely free to go along (and take the rotors with it) as this is actually the 'gyro' which makes the control easier and puts a stop to it soaring in drunken circles. I ran mine into a couch and am presently surviving on a split pin created out of a paperclip, melted into the plastic section of top of the rotors and glued set up. It was way too tight and I had to take a scalpel to the rotor hub to get it to work. I'm still waiting on spares too. Best of luck!
