The Typhoon's biggest problem in the air, I found, was that it is not as responsive as the Phantom. DJI's consumer product is quite somewhat smaller, and responds quickly to any touch on the settings. You can throw it kept to right quite sharply, and it'll visibly pitch (but maintain its position), and it handles to do so while keeping the camera constant - though if you truly put it, the landing items/propellers can get in the shot. The Typhoon experienced more sedate. Not slow, but less immediate. You could control its quickness, but that doesn't change the overall responsiveness. Some might say this is an advantage, since I only one time acquired propellers in the shot. But I do choose the tighter feel of DJI's setup.
