hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i can confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog on the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i cannot see any cog there. i guess it must have dropped out when my choper strike the bottom. maybe someone else can check and reveal if cog is necessary on both sides.
