hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic wheel is associated with another white cog towards tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it will need to have fallen out when my choper hit the ground. maybe someone else can check and reveal if cog is necessary on both attributes.
