Hi Oliver, thanks for the comment, yes sounds like its too tight in the openings in the rotor hub. The total amount bar at the top must be completely free to go up and down (and take the rotors with it) as this is actually the 'gyro' which makes the control easier and ceases it soaring in drunken circles. I ran mine into a couch and am presently surviving on the split pin fashioned out of a paperclip, melted in to the plastic portion of top of the rotors and glued in place. It was much too small and I was required to have a scalpel to the rotor hub to obtain it to work. I'm still ready on spares too. All the best quadcopter under 100 (Going to generic_anchor_text.dat)!
