Hi Oliver, thanks a lot for the comment, yes appears like its too small in the slots in the rotor hub. The total amount bar at the top needs to be completely free to move along (and take the rotors with it) as this is the 'gyro' that makes the control easier and stops it flying in drunken circles. I ran mine into a couch and am currently surviving on a split pin designed out of the paperclip, melted into the plastic portion of top of the rotors and glued in place. It was way too restricted and I were required to take a scalpel to the rotor hub to obtain it to work. I'm still holding out on spares too. All the best!
