WASHINGTON - US armed forces scientists have invented a miniature best Drone under 100 that ties in the palm of any hand, ready to be fallen from the sky just like a mobile phone with wings.

A smartphone application (Android os or iOS) enables you to power it on and stream video recording via WiFi or Bluetooth 4.0. The camera facilitates continuous autofocus and manual focusing, though the company didn't say when you can concentrate using the smartphone app. There is also no reference to stabilization, meaning a reliable gimbal is likely a must. Racing drones change from other types of quadcopters and drone rigs. They're lighter, smaller sized, and focus on speed and handling over toughness, camera quality, plus some of the features you see on most drones. About 24 satellites plus advanced Eyesight Positioning systems lead to effortless air travel. The Phantom 4 knows where it is, where you are, and flies just as you inform it to.

The new Atom comes in at only 122mm large, and because of its durable carbon fiber shape plus polycarbonate shell, it only weighs 5 ounces or about 142 grams - well below the the FAA's 250-gram threshold for mandatory sign up. For the same reasons, this very small drone comes with greater crash resistanance as well as maneuverability than its bigger counterparts. The custom-made brushless motors and propellers allow the Atom to attain speeds of up to 60 mph or 100 km/h, and depending about how hard you drive it, its swappable lithium ion power can last for somewhere within three to 10 minutes.

I've got this for a little over a week now. The training curve is merely a little steep initially, but once you receive the hang of computer, this is fantastic. Trick mode is just so different from other remote controlled air vehicles I've flown/own. And I've flown a decent amount. I've even made a few myself, but this very small guy is ideal for a lttle bit of fun about the lab. I'm sure it'd be fun at home too, but as I work at a lab secluded from town (we do tests that look for seismic activity so small that a car driving by way of a mile away disrupts it) it is fun to learn with for a little between tests. It may have a small power supply, but that also means it charges quickly.

This is a small machine, about 6-ins square, that is safe enough to fly in the home. The control module is easy to operate with a set of sticks that control rotor swiftness to allow up and down movement, content spinning and forward movements. The Quadro's twenty engines are power by lithium electric battery and has an aluminum alloy structure. Crijns used the MultiWii Autopilot control system, a common choice for autonomous quadcopters, which he says helps stabilize the vehicle.
