If needed, the sticks' sensitivity can be modified through the drone's desktop helper software.

Put tape on the motor, and repeat the procedure. If it's worse, move the tape throughout the electric motor. When you find the location that lessens the vibrations, add tape until it diminishes the performance. You can see this technique in the 3rd video below.
