January 14th - 7am I registered a lacking person's article and the panic, stress and distress begun. The SFPD found his car. Supposedly the car was noticed by the Rio Grande on January 5th by a Forest Ranger (found this out later) and by a security shield, but nothing was suspected and the automobile wasn't inspected. The car was discovered again on the 12th and reported, but nothing was done until I called the authorities on the 14th.
