hi bmwkings, ive analyzed it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is linked to another white cog into the tail section. there appears to be a provision for another cog on the contrary side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it must have fallen out when my choper hit the bottom. maybe another person can check and reveal if cog is required on both edges.
