I cannot speak for each single one who is the owner of a Phantom, but I could say that If you have a difficulty with the drone (that wasn't you're fault), they'll do the repair and get it back to you. Obviously, how long it takes is dependent upon how many repairs they have, your geographical area, the type of repair they need to do, if indeed they possess the parts in stock for repair etc..
