The only thing I can suggest as the cause is a bent main rotor shaft. When I get time I'm going to take it to parts and confirm. The fix is not so simple, straightening out the shaft. If its sound metal, it might be possible to rotate it between a set surface and a set heavy object, often, it's down to obtaining a new shaft.

To repair this, I changed my cardboard viewer profile to make the distance between lens to be 55mm to compensate the 5mm extra distance. I think rendered images are 5mm wider than normal. I am hoping you could update the app to add this minimal change or maybe you can include a option in configurations to adjust lens distance in VR method. VR mode is very awesome!
