Having difficulty with Accelerometer Calibration in MissionPlanner v1.3.39 and v1.3.41 I'm currently investigating issue with the more knowledgeable forum users. The components in a equipment are usually carefully matched and pre-soldered making them easier to build. They may also look like cheaper initially. Often, when you accumulate a similar settings of parts purchased independently, the kit appears cheaper. The catch would be that the kit is made up of parts that are just made by the manufacturer. So, when you attend buy replacement unit parts these are much more expensive than universal off the shelf parts. Incidentally, crashes undoubtedly happen and parts do fail.
