Hi Oliver, thanks for the comment, yes appears like its too small in the openings in the rotor hub. The total amount bar at the top has to be completely free to move along (and take the rotors with it) as this is actually the 'gyro' that makes the control easier and prevents it soaring in drunken circles. I ran mine into a chair and am currently surviving on the split pin fashioned out of a paperclip, melted in to the plastic portion of the upper rotors and glued in place. It was way too tight and I was required to take a scalpel to the rotor hub to get it to work. I'm still waiting around on spares too. Best of luck!
