Greetings Alex, I will have the same problem with the screws and by some of the comments, other folks must have the same concern whether they appreciate it or not. I had been careful but somehow have stripped the cheap threads. I'll experiment with superglue to try to create a new screwthread that will contain the screws properly and allow the whole plastic little bit to clamp firmly to the metal shaft.
