Drones - robotic planes and helicopters with cameras - are moving beyond the battle front and potentially to the front door. A regulation recently handed by Congress requires the National Aviation Administration to make regulations for police use and eventual private commercial use of drones.

Evidence shows that the backpack fell from above. Which it wasn't inserted. so many cases and theories, yet we still aren't sure how the backpack surely got to its final resting place. More unknown, more intrigue.
You shouldn't be those guys. You truly don't desire a DJI Phantom at this time. With no RC experience, learning to soar with one is going to be a costly fault. An inexpensive $40 brought in toy quadcopter can do just fine in educating you the fundamentals of flight. Don't let the reduced price fool you, they actually journey amazingly well (start to see the first video above). Once you excel at flight, you'll be able to become one of those guys.
