hi bmwkings, ive examined it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog on the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i can't see any cog there. i assume it will need to have dropped out when my choper struck the ground. maybe another person can check and tell us if cog is necessary on both sides.
