When you've paid $999 for a drone, allowing it to fly autonomously will understandably raise a little matter. But DJI has tried to think about everything. The FlightAutonomy system depends on 5 built-in cams and 2 ultrasonic rangefinders installed to 24 processing cores. The drone deals with its obstacle avoidance and can discover road blocks up to 15 meters (49ft) away. The Phantom 4 is simple, really smooth, and the video footage is great. Additionally it is designed to be user friendly for everybody, just click and you are away. DJI has been criticized before for its customer service, but it seems that this has upgraded recently. In case your drone crashes or flies away you can upload the airfare data to DJI and get a new one if it was not your fault.
I'm using the Eachine Racer 250 as an example, but there are a great number of cheap ready-to-fly rushing drones out there in this price range, and the story is definitely the same. They all use the least expensive components possible, chopping corners with the design whenever they can. Quality control may also be a big issue, but the main reason I wouldn't recommend these varieties of drones is because they just aren't designed to grow. You almost certainly won't be using the cheap controllers, electric battery chargers and FPV products that come with these sets on future drone builds, so you're essentially throwing out money if you intend on upgrading.
