Sony has been challenging GoPro using its Action Cam lines for several years, and at CES tonight it's unveiling a new the one which addresses one of the camera's longstanding issues: a totally indecipherable menu. The new Action Cam is just about equivalent to the old Action Cam Mini except for some rearranged buttons which new menu. That would lead to a dull upgrade if it weren't such an improvement over the old one. I can't speak for each single person who possesses a Phantom, but I can say that When you have a challenge with the drone (that wasn't you're fault), they'll do the repair and get it back to you. Obviously, how long it takes is determined by how many fixes they have, your geographical area, what kind of repair they have to do, if indeed they have the parts in stock for repair etc.. Honestly, If something breaks on my Phantom 3, I'll just order the part I need from the DJI store and fix it myself which is exactly what most people do.
This smaller $40 version of the H107C doesn't feature a propeller officer and didn't work well with the optional one I bought for yet another $7. It's jerky, not practically as secure or as easy to regulate, and mine got a tendancy to tilt too much during flight and crash in to the ground. Don't bother. The most recent 3-axis journey control system with changeable gyro sensitivity that allows super stable air travel.
