hi bmwkings, ive examined it again and i can confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog to the tail section. there appears to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it will need to have fallen out when my choper hit the bottom. maybe someone else can check and tell us if cog is necessary on both factors.
