hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i can confirm only the low white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog towards tail section. there appears to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it must have fallen out when my choper struck the bottom. maybe another person can check and reveal if cog is necessary on both edges.
