hi bmwkings, ive reviewed it again and i could confirm only the low white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog on the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the contrary side, however i can't see any cog there. i assume it must have dropped out when my choper hit the bottom. maybe someone else can check and tell us if cog is necessary on both factors.
