hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i can confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is linked to another white cog on the tail section. there appears to be a provision for another cog on the contrary side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it must have fallen out when my choper struck the bottom. maybe someone else can check and reveal if cog is necessary on both factors.
