However, that being said there are times when this does help. Cell phones help solve murders, traffic video cameras help with dealing with crashes and reckless drivers. I am sure there are a lot more benefits. The down side is stealing someone's id and debit/credit cards information. This just recently occurred to Home Depot, also Concentrate on, Ebay and so many more I am sure I didn't read about.
