SAN FRANCISCO Apple marketing wizard Phil Schiller defended the $329 price of the new iPad mini tablet, saying consumers will be ready to cover quality not found in less expensive devices from rivals like Yahoo and Amazon.
Yuneec's Q500 got us feeling like a kid on Holiday morning once we unpacked it. Roughly 16.5 inches wide long and standing just over 8 inches tall, the Q500 weighs just under 4 pounds with the battery and payload both attached. Perhaps one of the most recent prosecutions for against the law drone use under the ANO was with regards to a little drone with a camera that was flown over lots of Premier Group football grounds, the Properties of Parliament, the Queen Victoria Memorial at Buckingham Palace and across the North Loan provider of the River Thames in London. The charges related to breaches of Articles 166 (3) and 167(1) & (2)(a) of the ANO. The drone pilot, Mr Wilson, pleaded guilty to four charges of traveling small unmanned monitoring aircraft more than a congested area and pleaded guilty to five charges of not keeping direct visual connection with a tiny unmanned surveillance plane. Mr Wilson was fined £200 for each and every offence (£1,800) and ordered to pay £600 in costs and a £20 surcharge and was bought to forfeit the drones and surveillance cameras.
Getting your drone out for a spin on a great sunny day is wonderful, but is it possible to actually journey it anywhere? In essence, the answer is yes, you can. However, there are some rules. First, you aren't allowed to take flight near or over other people. That is for basic safety reasons, as drones often crash and you don't want to be held accountable for someone's accident. Second, you aren't allowed to travel near or higher air port or any armed service objects. That is rather self-explanatory - they'll think you are a spy and game over. So whenever choosing a perfect place, think of any deserted, open space where you can have an eye on you drone at all times and where no person else goes. For instance a beach, a field etc.
