Hi there Alex, I will have the same problem with the screws and judging by a few of the comments, other folks will need to have the same concern whether they understand it or not. I got very careful but somehow have stripped the plastic threads. I'll experiment with superglue to try to create a fresh screwthread that will hold the screws properly and invite the whole clear plastic bit to clamp securely to the material shaft.
