The x-axis aligns with the arm that supports rotor #1. The rotors are numbered in a counterclockwise route from rotor #1 to rotor #4 which is aligned with the quadcopter y-axis. The z-axis obeys the right side rule. I don't have it, but I've seen reviews on Youtube. Impressive loops/soaring. The only drawback is the brief fly-time, for me. Ideal for a drone though!
Well, the sole positive things I can see about them - as far as the complete newcomer can be involved - is that they do bring people's focus on the overall radio control traveling hobby, and they are easy to take a flight. Because the novice rc drone with Camera pilots who buy these drones are not getting truly mixed up in hobby, and many people have no idea that rc soaring is controlled by governing bodies (at least under western culture).
