I've experienced this for a little over weekly now. The training curve is only a little steep at first, but once you have the hang from it, this is excellent. Trick mode is merely so not the same as other remote manipulated air vehicles I've flown/own. And I've flown a respectable amount. I've even made a few myself, but this small guy is great for somewhat of fun across the lab. I'm sure it'd be fun at home too, but as I just work at a lab secluded from town (we do assessments that look for seismic activity so small that a car driving with a mile away disrupts it) it is fun that can be played with for a little between tests. It may have a small power, but that does mean it charges quickly.
