Well-known drone-maker Parrot has been drawing quite a few onlookers to its booth at CES with two high-flying additions to its robotic lineup: the MiniDrone and the Jumping Sumo. The MiniDrone is a small quadcopter that can soar in the air and roll along the bottom using detachable wheels, as the Jumping Sumo is a remote-controlled floor bot that leaps into the air by using a high-powered piston.

Some people take flight without blade guards but if, like me, you're a beginner, I would definitely recommend attaching them. They're quite delicate but don't be concerned, they're really cheap to replace! At $120, this is among the finest of the lower-priced drones! You spend far less than you would on an expensive one (like the Phantom models), nevertheless, you get a durable, responsive drone that handles well and can take a conquering. Definitely a good model to learn to fly before changing to a high-end drone. Oh and these batteries would be serviced by Lockheed, BAE, Raytheon companies every month to ensure extended operation. See, this notion will appease our profitability starved MI Complex too (they can't rely on the JSF project for revenue forever)!
