hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is associated with another white cog for the tail section. there appears to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i cannot see any cog there. i guess it will need to have dropped out when my choper strike the bottom. maybe someone else can check and reveal if cog is necessary on both attributes.
