hi bmwkings, ive analyzed it again and i could confirm only the low white plastic wheel is linked to another white cog towards tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the contrary side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it will need to have fallen out when my choper hit the ground. maybe someone else can check and tell us if cog is necessary on both sides.
