hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i can confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is linked to another white cog to the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i cannot see any cog there. i assume it must have fallen out when my choper strike the ground. maybe another person can check and reveal if cog is required on both sides.
