Hi Oliver, thanks for the comment, yes sounds like its too restricted in the slots in the rotor hub. The balance bar on the top needs to be completely free to go up and down (and take the rotors with it) as this is actually the 'gyro' that makes the control easier and can stop it traveling in drunken circles. I ran mine into a couch and am currently surviving on the split pin designed out of the paperclip, melted in to the plastic portion of top of the rotors and glued in place.
