Supposedly the automobile was noticed by the Rio Grande on January 5th by the Forest Ranger (found this out later) and by a security shield, but nothing at all was suspected and the car wasn't inspected. The car was spotted again on the 12th and reported, but little or nothing was done until I called the police on the 14th.
