The original power has a width of 7.1mm which battery pack is 9.6mm, a substantial difference. Unlike the typical battery, that one is difficult to eliminate from the Syma X5C as there isn't a good way to grasp the power. It is also difficult to start and close the battery pack compartment door and I'm concerned I will affect it. I improved the battery compartment by cutting out the upper cross member which helps, but doesn't completely solve the small fit concern (see photo).
