There are many impressive close-up drone videos on YouTube of erupting volcanoes in the Bardarbunga volcanic system in Iceland taken with a higher definition camera mounted on a drone. Solder is solf but it packages very hard after warming. It's soft as in easy to file into the form of the pins but I believe it'll be strong enough for this purpose.
