hi bmwkings, ive evaluated it again and i could confirm only the low white plastic steering wheel is linked to another white cog towards the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the opposite side, however i cannot see any cog there. i assume it will need to have fallen out when my choper strike the bottom. maybe another person can check and tell us if cog is necessary on both factors.
