I have already been hopeful the RC Drone misnomer would fade as the general public got more prepared in regards to what the majority of these RC airplane actually are. Unfortunately that's not the truth; in fact it's getting worse.
From a design standpoint, the Phantom 4 is made extremely well. It's not the sort of drone where it just looks cool. All has been designed to be functional, but still elegant. Strange thing about any of it.. this is the newer Nova (with the v1.6 ESCs), and it 's never been crashed (well, unless you count at the moment when it flipped on take-off scheduled to a non-spinning motor). Whatever aspect gone bad here, it appears to have took place while Nova was relaxing on car port shelf. Either that or it just happened on preliminary take-off/throttle-up/amp-up.
At $599, the Hover Camera isn't cheap, especially for its 10-minute battery life. However, the 4K training video quality and the autonomous firing quality make it a great splurge. Each unit also posseses an extra battery that's small enough to transport for people on the road.
