I have an AR Drone and for the most part I love it. A couple of 3rd party traveling apps which may have gamepad support which make it a lot more like soaring a radio controlled one. All the features that go to making it steady and easy to fly do work against understanding how to fly. The downside is the video recording is not actually good enough for aerial photography. Respectable enough for FPV. The biggest drawback IMO is the range. You are lucky to get 50 meters from the device. There are ways to increase that but how much do you want to spend most have the AR as a result of cost being much more affordable then other similiar size HD FPV models. The Bebop will still have range issues but early on video seems to indicate that it is much upgraded for aerial photography.
