MrBassman, I don't believe the yaw type behavior (round in circles and swinging like a pendulum) you're explaining is purely lean, sounds like there's another thing incorrect. Maybe check the balance bar at the top moves readily and has little or nothing incorrect with it (this is the 'gyro' that stabilises flight on the copter). Second check the key axle running the rotor blades isn't bent. Even a slight bend may cause the behavior you're describing. Apart from those two I cannot think of anything else.
