Aviation in the UK, is controlled and enforced by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA"). The primary UK legislation in relation to drones is the Civil Aviation Function 1982 and the environment Navigation Order 2009 (ANO"). The ANO pieces out a series of Articles that impose restrictions and responsibilities on operators of aeroplanes within the jurisdiction. Aviators, including drone operators, also need to comply with the guidelines of air that are similar to a ‘Highway Code' for the airspace over the UK. The CAA has mentioned that the united kingdom drone legislation are designed to protect people and property whilst being as light touch and proportionate as you can - however, breach of UK aviation legislation is a unlawful offence.
Good frames can be purchased fairly cheaply, however the same problem occurs whenever a part breaks and should be replaced. You'll likely have to buy a part created by the frame company and it can be expensive or unavailable. If you are going to buy a body, I recommend this one from this one from HobbyKing or this one from HoverThings I have not used either of these, however the first one is very cheap for carbon fibers and the next one can be used by among the best Drones Under 200 quadcopter pilots I have seen on the net. Regrettably, if the body is good and inexpensive, it make be on rear order or it's substitute parts may not be available. So, I really like to build my own.
