hi bmwkings, ive examined it again and i could confirm only the lower white plastic steering wheel is linked to another white cog to the tail section. there seems to be a provision for another cog on the contrary side, however i can't see any cog there. i guess it will need to have fallen out when my choper hit the bottom. maybe another person can check and tell us if cog is necessary on both factors.
