The original power supply has a thickness of 7.1mm and this power supply is 9.6mm, a considerable difference. Unlike the standard battery, this one is difficult to remove from the Syma X5C as there isn't a good way to grasp the power supply. Additionally it is difficult to start and close the power supply area door and I'm worried I will harm it. I improved the battery compartment by eliminating the upper combination member which helps, but doesn't completely solve the tight fit issue (see image).
