The people at Parrot have been encouraging us an Android software for the AR.Drone since pretty much day one Well, it really had taken long enough (it's been over a year since the iphone app was demoed at Google I/), but pre-made quadrocopter lovers no more have to attain for unofficial answers to pilot their unmanned vehicle with their Droids. Sadly, games for the soaring augmented reality system remain MIA, but at least you can fire up AR.FreeFlight and have the $299 UAV tear around your block and annoy your neighborhood friends. For taking out Microdrones a (somewhat) more legal option might be considered a paint ball firearm which fires large calibre low speed paint capsules that will blind as well as destruction the target. Car paint ball guns hold the benefit of being legal and commonly available but again, probably not the best choice for riots and demonstrations. For these events, the simple handheld catapult firing a range of improvised ammunition should do the job though surreptitiously striking a moving 1m size target at a variety of, say, 100 metres may necessitate a little concentrate on practise…and may take a few pictures as the drone can still soar with only two of its four rotors performing.

The Traxxas Stampede 4X4 VXL is straightforward to utilize. The vehicle has all hex head screws so it is very difficult to remove them, it is also built to be easy to focus on. There are four screws on underneath that, when removed, allow the front and rear of the pickup truck to be pulled away from the middle of the pickup truck. This makes servicing and fixing differentials or the primary driveshaft super easy. Also, being able to access the pinion and spur gears is really as easy as eliminating one screw. Generally this truck is very easy to work on, of course, if something shows difficult, there is usually a tutorial on YouTube.
