If anyone is looking at the phantom 3 at the moment, beware! They appear to have major faults/ quality issues. I've had 4 with faults directly out of the box. I used to be lucky which i had a good shop as they exchanged each one but with the 4th, I went for a refund. Among the problems with 2 of these was a variety of 8 metres prior to the video cut away. I spent age groups with the on line DJi help workplace however they concluded a repair was required. I suggest you look on the DJI forums where these problems are common but no comment from DJI.
