Hi Oliver, thanks for the comment, yes sounds like its too tight in the slots in the rotor hub. The total amount bar at the top must be completely free to move along (and take the rotors with it) as this is the 'gyro' which makes the control easier and can stop it soaring in drunken circles. I ran mine into a chair and am currently surviving on a split pin created out of the paperclip, melted into the plastic section of the upper rotors and glued in place.
