It certainly helps that, in the Phantom 3's camera, DJI has taken out nearly every pain point that plagued the Perspective series. I already mentioned the landing gear has been widened to avoid it from getting in shot. To help expand assist with this, the camera now has a narrower field of view - 94 diplomas, down from 140 (with a 35mm-equivalent focal amount of 20mm and infinite emphasis). One bugbear remains, though, which is that it's still easy to get the propellers in shot when flying forward at speed - but that is clearly a harder problem to solve. The Phantom 3's FOV also supports something else: fisheye distortion. The Phantom 3 hardly has any.

You may make arm from any materials like CF, PVC pipes, Aluminium or Real wood but make sure it includes enough durability to tolerate impact and harsh landings.
